In order to have expansion of an ideal gas at constant pressure,

1. heat must flow from the gas to the surrounding medium.
2. heat must flow from the surrounding medium to the gas.
3. no heat must flow.

(Hint: If you know what happens to the temperature, you know what happens to the internal energy.)
